Unfortunately, following the latest Government announcement, Ribby Hall Village has been placed in Tier 4, which means owners are not allowed to stay overnight in their holiday home after today. We respectfully ask that owners leave their holiday home no later than midday (12pm) on Thursday 31st December in order to comply with the Government rules.

Unfortunately, following the latest Government announcement, Ribby Hall Village will be closing from Thursday 5th November. As this is an enforced lockdown, we have been instructed by Fylde Borough Council that all owners must vacate their holiday homes by Thursday 5th November. This is a legal requirement. Further to previous communications sent to you on 24th October, you will be provided with an additional credit for each day of this closure.
