Government Announcmenet - Tier 4

Dear Owner,
Unfortunately, following the latest Government announcement, Ribby Hall Village has been placed in Tier 4, which means owners are not allowed to stay overnight in their holiday home after today. We respectfully ask that owners leave their holiday home no later than midday (12pm) on Thursday 31st December in order to comply with the Government rules.
We currently do not know how long the Tier 4 restrictions will be in place in Lancashire, but further to previous communications, you will be provided with an additional credit for each day of this closure, for the days we are usually open. The 2020 season is due to end on 16th January 2021, and the new season commences on 1st March. We were delighted earlier this year to have received council approval to provide a complimentary additional month to the season and reopen earlier on 1st February; if we are not able to provide this in 2021 due to our enforced closure, we will seek approval from Fylde council to provide this instead onto the 2022 season.
It is so disappointing again to have to implement a further closure and we understand how frustrating it is to our owners. We would like to thank you for your support during this challenging year. We wish all you a happy and healthy 2021, and look forward to seeing you in the New Year when we are allowed to welcome you back to our Village.

Will my holiday home be safe?

How can I protect my holiday home whilst I am away?
Before you leave, please turn your water off and run water from the taps/toilets/showers as you would normally, when leaving your holiday home. If you are at home and need us to turn the water off for you, please call us and we will do this for you. We can also organise a full drain-down from week commencing 4th January if you would like us to do so, please email: hhsgroup@ribbyhall.co.uk
Will you be turning the electric off to our Holiday Homes?
No, we have no plans to do that during this time.
Are any facilities staying open?
Blend Coffee House, Papa John's, The Nursery and our outdoor playgrounds will remain open. Unfortunately overnight guests are not permitted, therefore we must ask all owners to vacate their holiday homes during this closure.
