This is an annual fee that goes towards siting your home with us each year. It varies by home type and covers local authority charges, water rates and the upkeep of our facilities and grounds. An example of site fee costs can be seen below.

Owning your very own holiday home could be easier than you think! Various finance packages are available for both caravans and lodges, including 10 year finance on all new homes with a minimum 15% deposit.
