Annual Site Fees

This is an annual fee that goes towards siting your home with us each year. It varies by home type and covers local authority charges, water rates and the upkeep of our facilities and grounds. An example of site fee costs can be seen below.

Additional Running Costs

It's important to understand the running costs for your holiday home, including heating, lighting and other energy costs. These can vary depending on your usage and we can give you more details on what to expect when you visit the showground.

Home Insurance

As with any property, you'll need to arrange insurance for your holiday home. We're more than happy to introduce you to a trusted insurer and will be able to provide more information during your visit.

Finance packages available

Owning your very own holiday home could be easier than you think! Various finance packages are available for both caravans and lodges, including 10 year finance on all new homes with a minimum 15% deposit. We can offer finance subject to status, through our provider Black Horse.
