Many of our Spa Breaks can be booked online. However, certain packages must be booked via our Reservations Team on 0800 085 1717. They will be able to check availability and book your spa breaks, day spa packages, treatments and dining reservations.
We highly recommend you book your treatments in advance to avoid disappointment however, we will always try and accommodate any requests for treatments so would welcome enquiries on the day.
We require 48 hours' notice to cancel or amend individual bookings. We regret we are unable to refund payments. Spa Breaks / Day Spa & Aqua Thermal Journey
Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment, giving you time to complete a simple health questionnaire and to relax before you meet with your therapist.
Our Aqua Thermal Journey includes saunas, steam rooms, heated loungers, a Hydro Therapy Pool, hot tubs and our Zen Garden and a Mud Rasul Chamber (must be booked separately).
We also feature relaxation rooms, to sit or lay back and relax as well as our Spa Hotel Gym, complete with weights, running machines and more.
You can also dine at our award-winning Orangery or enjoy a drink at the Lounge Bar and Zen Bar.
We recommend 2 hours for our Aqua Thermal Journey.
Each experience within the Aqua Thermal Journey is numbered and we recommend following this guide below to get the very best out of your time with us. However, you are welcome to use the Aqua Thermal Journey how you wish, we just always recommend saving some time for relaxing in the Zen Garden.
Towels and footwear, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are provided along with hairdryers and straighteners. Robes are available on request. All you have to bring is swimwear and suitable underwear for your treatments.
We ask guests to consider and respect fellow guests and help maintain the peace and tranquility of The Spa Hotel. Mobile phones are not permitted within The Spa itself.
We advise you to remove all jewellery prior to your arrival at The Spa. Our changing rooms feature lockers, so you can lock your jewellery and valuables safely away. However, we cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred.

Treatments are subject to Doctor’s advice, however a lot of our treatments can be adapted to your personal needs. Please call one of our specialist team to discuss your options before booking.
The Spa welcomes guests aged 18 years and over.
Please advise us at the earliest opportunity if you are going to unable to make your appointment time. We will always try to accommodate any request in this event. However, in some cases it may result in your actual treatment time being curtailed.
Swimwear is to be worn in the Aqua Thermal Journey.
Dry swimwear or suitable underwear is to be worn during all treatments and under robes within all dining areas within The Spa Hotel.
