All treatments can be booked by calling our Reservations Team on 0800 085 1717 Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 6:30 pm and Saturday to Sunday between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Out of these hours bookings can be made at The Spa Hotel. 

We highly recommend you book your treatments in advance to avoid disappointment however, we will always try and accommodate any requests for treatments so would welcome enquiries on the day.

For Spa Reservations we require 48 hours' notice to cancel or amend individual bookings. If the cancellation is made with 48 hours' notice, monies paid can be used against a future booking for the lead guest, the reservation maybe amended or a refund may be administered via the original payment method. Gift cards are available to purchase online. Simply click here and select your value. Choose from email or postal delivery. Spa Breaks / Day Spa & Aqua Thermal Journey

Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your treatment. A week before your appointment, you will receive a medical questionnaire via email that you and your party are required to complete ahead of your appointment.

Unfortunately, if you are late for your Spa experience or treatment, this may result in your actual time being curtailed.

Our Aqua Thermal Journey inclusive of a variety of sauna and steam rooms, hydrotherapy pool, hot tubs, relaxation areas, outdoor zen garden and bar area.

Our gym is available with a £5.00 charge.

We allocate 2 hours for our Aqua Thermal Journey. Extra time can be added on the day if we have availability at a cost of an additional 2 hour session.

We recommend to start in the Aroma Room and work your way round as each room gradually increases in temperature, spending 10-15 minutes in each experience. Use the Hydrotherapy pool and Hot tubs as you please for 10-15 minutes and always save time for relaxing in the Zen Garden.

If you have any questions, we do have Spa hosts on hand so please don't hesitate to ask a member of our Spa team.

Please bring your swimwear, underwear for any treatments and we ask that all guests bring their own suitable footwear for use around the Spa & Aqua Thermal Journey e.g. flip flops. Flip flops are available to purchase for £3 if required. Robes and towels are provided on arrival. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are provided along with hairdryers and straighteners. If you are staying overnight at The Spa Hotel we advise bedroom slippers are not to be worn within the indoor spa area.

Phones are allowed within the spa however, we kindly ask guests to consider and respect fellow guests and help maintain the peace and tranquility of The Spa Hotel, and we politely request guests outside of your party are not on  any photographs taken.

We advise you to remove all jewellery prior to your arrival at The Spa. Our changing rooms feature lockers, so you can lock your jewellery and valuables safely away. However, we cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred.

We respectfully inform guests that whilst alcohol is permitted during your stay, it cannot be consumed within any of the heat experience rooms inclusive of those outside of the Aqua Thermal Journey. Drinking in the hot tubs is permitted but any guests extending their stay over the recommended time of 15 mins, will be asked to vacate the hot tub to allow for other Spa users to enjoy.

We kindly ask that all visitors to the Spa Hotel are respectful to other guests and of the premises and staff. Verbal and physical abuse will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the premises without refund.

Spa users are respectfully requested to move around each of the experience rooms and hot tubs in a way that allows fair use for others to enjoy the experience in a tranquil environment.

In the event of adverse weather conditions, we may decide to restrict the use of our outdoor spa facilities if we feel this compromises the health and safety of our guests.

The Spa Hotel is an adult only facility and therefore, only guests over the age of 18 are permitted.

Please advise us at the earliest opportunity if you are going to unable to make your appointment time. We will always try to accommodate any request in this event. However, in some cases it may result in your actual treatment time being curtailed.

Swimwear is to be worn in the Aqua Thermal Journey. 

Dry swimwear or suitable underwear is to be worn during all treatments and under robes within all dining areas within The Spa Hotel.

The ELEMIS Skin Lab allows us to take a deeper look into your skin. You can add this onto a facial or book it’s own at a cost which is fully redeemable against ELEMIS Products purchased on the day.

Yes, we have 3 relaxation areas available: The Countryside View has water and a selection of complimentary herbal teas. A peaceful dark relaxation room and the Shhh…. room which is a great space to relax and admire the views.
