November Closure - National Lockdown

2 November 2020 - (9:00)

Unfortunately, following the latest Government announcement, Ribby Hall Village will be closing from Thursday 5th November. As this is an enforced lockdown, we have been instructed by Fylde Borough Council that all owners must vacate their holiday homes by Thursday 5th November. This is a legal requirement. Further to previous communications sent to you on 24th October, you will be provided with an additional credit for each day of this closure.

We really do acknowledge the support we have received from our owners on re-opening The Village after a very difficult year for everyone.  We are very sorry and understand how frustrating this additional closure is.

We are planning on re-opening on 2nd December. Please keep an eye on the owner notifications page on our website and we'll make sure to keep you updated with any further changes.

Will my holiday home be safe?

During this temporary closure, we will maintain our 24/7 Security team who will ensure that your holiday home is safe. If you have any concerns, please call 01772 672 222 sales number or email HHSgroup@ribbyhall.co.uk

How can I protect my holiday home whilst I am away?

Before you leave, please turn your water off and run water from the taps/toilets/showers as you would normally, when leaving your holiday home. If you are at home and need us to turn the water off for you, please call us and we will do this for you.

Will you be turning the electric off to our Holiday Homes?

No, we have no plans to do that during this time.

Are any facilities staying open?

Blend Coffee House, Papa John's, The Nursery and our outdoor playgrounds will remain open. Unfortunately overnight guests are not permitted, therefore we must ask all owners to vacate their holiday homes during this closure.

How can we get in touch?

If you have any concerns please contact the Sales Team by emailing HHSgroup@ribbyhall.co.uk or calling 01772 672 222

Thank you so much for your continued support and loyalty. For now, please stay safe and we look forward to welcoming you back soon.
