Winter Drain Down:

Our holiday home close down period is Monday 24th January to Friday 11th February 2022. If you wish to book a drain down to protect your holiday home from frost over Winter , please contact the sales office on 01772 672222.

Top Tips for Winter: 

• Make sure your stop tap is accessible – Let us know ASAP if it is not 
• Always turn off your stop tap  
• Open up all internal taps and showers to drain away residual water
• Make sure you arrive/visit during office/daylight hours so we can assist with any problems. Security are also here 24/7 to assist you and can be contacted on 01772 674444.
• Bring bottled water with you in case your water supply is frozen up 
• Leave your boiler plugged in and switched on 
• Move mattresses away from external walls 
• Do not leave valuables on display 
• Make sure the office has a key for access in an emergency  
• Please provide us with up to date contact info for you, mobile number, email address, etc 
• Check the forecast before you plan to visit 
• Check your gas supply each time you leave
• Electric Heaters may overload and trip your electric supply
