Dear owner, 

Just a reminder that it is important that any requested changes to the appearance of your holiday home, or any enhancements to your plot or decking are approved by a Sales Manager before proceeding. This is to ensure that all important considerations are made. It is also important to notify the Holiday Home Sales office of any contractors expected on site. Contractors must provide a risk assessment and their public liability insurance certificate prior to the commencement date; and finally must sign in each day at the Sales Office.
