Welcoming you back to Ribby Hall Village

We are counting down the days and are really looking forward to welcoming you back to your holiday home! The grounds are looking gorgeous, full of Spring promise and colour; beckoning for you to return.

Alongside the phased re-opening of all Ribby attractions, in line with Government guidance and the law, we also have two NEW and exciting offerings including The Pancake House (to be situated to the left hand side of The Village as you drive through the main gates) due to open on Monday 17 May and due to open later on in June 2021, an all-NEW family Adventure Golf Course (situated between the Tree House and the Bar & Grill).

Please see our website for more detailed information regarding opening times for each of our venues and attractions including pertinent health and safety information. When visiting Ribby it is your responsibility to make sure you are following the latest Government guidelines.

Safety remains at the heart of everything we do and our teams now returning from furlough, are working hard behind the scenes to ensure that we can operate our Village in a safe and responsible way alongside continuing to provide a five-star experience.

Our recruitment drive continues in earnest and we hope to fill up to 26 very different positions across the business, prior to the Summer season beginning - not least NEW vacancies within the holiday homes sales team. Some owners have been looking to upgrade their wifi when returning to The Village from the 10mb speed (unlimited download) to a higher 30mb speed (unlimited download). This is available for an additional monthly price of £24 including VAT. Please contact the Sales office if you would like this to be set up for you.

Should you have any issues with your wifi please contact the helpdesk directly. If you require any assistance in connecting devices, please email: support@lpis-uk.com or call 01423 295001. The help desk is open Monday to Saturday from 9:30am to 5:30pm, with extended hours during school holidays. If you send an email to them, please confirm you are at Ribby Hall Village, alongside your plot number.

Car stickers for all owners will be sent out in the post later this month.

To pre-book Swimming, you can book the adult only pool online from Sunday 11 April or by calling into the Health Club reception from 12 April, and to book the family pool please call 01772 682 000 or again call into the Health Club reception from Monday 12 April. Each week, Swimming for Fridays and the weekend can be booked from 12 midday on a Tuesday.

12 April – 16 May 2021 - We're currently unable to offer indoor entertainment, so this will be replaced with virtual entertainment. Please don't forget to bring your devices and we recommend bringing a compatible HDMI cable if needed to connect your device to the TV in your holiday home. Treasures Gift Shop will however re-open on the 12th April. 

17 May 2021 onwards – We’re currently planning on The Bar & Grill entertainment resuming and will be available every Wednesday - Saturday. These sessions must be pre-booked. Further information will be provided in due course.

The Serious Stuff!

WATER SAFETY

Please ensure all taps and showers are run for at least five minutes before using and for those properties with hot tubs, please also ensure all water is changed and super chlorinate before use.

BBQS / HEATERS

We are all looking forward to safely spending time with others outdoors including tasty BBQs… and we are keeping everything crossed for some good weather this Spring! Our advice to all owners is as follows, for everyone’s safety and enjoyment:

  • BBQs and / or Heaters are not permitted on any decking
  • BBQs and / or Heaters must be positioned and maintained at a safe distance of two metres from your Holiday Home / neighbouring  home or anything combustible (decking, vehicles, sheds, gas bottles, grass etc.)
  • Please ensure any BBQs or Heaters are stable, on hard standing or another solid fire proof surface.
  • All holiday homeowner properties should have a fire extinguisher and a fire blanket, and therefore the means to fight a fire.

GAS ORDERS & DELIVERY

Please remember to purchase your bottled gas from Ribby’s Spar shop. Gas orders must be placed by 12 midday for same day delivery. Orders after 12 midday will be delivered the following day.

GAS SAFETY CHECKS

All Holiday Homes must have an Annual Gas Safety Check. It is the responsibility of the Holiday Homeowner to arrange the Gas Safety Test through a GAS SAFE Registered Engineer and a copy of the certificate should be adhered to your boiler. If your annual certificate is about to expire, or has expired, if you haven’t done so already, please arrange a test as soon as possible through the Sales Team by calling 01772 672 222.

INSURANCE

Our Terms and Conditions state that your Holiday Home MUST BE LEGALLY INSURED. If you have not taken out insurance with Ribby Hall Village, please provide the Sales Office with a copy of your current insurance certificate (preferably via email). If you would like a quotation from Leisure Days Insurance, please contact 01422 396 805.

HOUSEKEEPING

For safety and security purposes we ask that all owners keep their plots clean and tidy. If you require a ‘spruce’ please contact the Sales Office. All rubbish bins provided are for household waste only. Please do not leave any items, large or small for disposal, by the bins - instead, contact the Sales Team to organise removal.

SHEDS

We currently allow one shed per holiday home. All sheds must be from our approved supplier ‘Asgard’. For details please contact the Sales Office.

PITCH ENHANCEMENTS

Should you wish to adjust your plot in any way, we ask you to fill a form in at the Sales Office for approval from a Sales Manager.

CONTRACTORS

All contractors must provide insurance information to the Sales Team before work commences. All contractors must be signed in and out each day at the Sales Office or Security Office.

SELLING A PROPERTY

On selling a property, it requires an electrical safety test and 6 months remaining on gas safety.

Finally, given ongoing social distancing guidance, please do try and avoid visits to the Sales Office. Please email or call whenever possible, and please continue to check back to this portal for further Homeowner updates.
