This Social Media Terms of Use Policy (Policy) should be read in conjunction with Our General Terms, made available here and details the specific terms on which you may make use of Our pages on the various social media platforms upon which We operate, which for the avoidance of doubt currently spans Facebook, You Tube, Pintrest, Instagram and any other social media platforms operated by Us from time to time (Platforms).  PLEASE HAVE SPECIAL REGARD TO THE GENERAL TERMS.

Terms shall take the meanings given to them in the General Terms unless otherwise defined in this Policy.

It is important that upon entering into a Contract with Us, you retain a copy of the General Terms and this Policy at that time for future reference as We do not necessarily retain a record.  Please read the General Terms and this Policy carefully prior to making use of Our Platforms.  We recommend that you print a copy for future reference.

By using and submitting content on Our Platforms, you confirm that you accept the terms of this Policy and that you agree to comply with them and the standard terms and conditions operated by the relevant Platform which you are making use of (Platform Terms).  If you do not agree to this Policy, you must not make use of Our Platforms.  Where and to the extent that the Platform Terms operated by the Platforms conflict with this Policy, the Platform Terms shall take precedence to the extent that they relate to Our Platform page on the relevant Platform.

We may amend the General Terms and this Policy from time to time without notice to you and by uploading the most recent version to the Platforms and Our Website.  This Policy was last updated on 23rd May 2018.
