Many of the day-to-day costs of owning a holiday home are included within our annual site fees and our Sales Team are always on hand to provide further support. 

 

 

Annual Site Fees

This is an annual fee that goes towards siting your home with us each year. It varies by home type and includes:

 

✔ 24 hour security

✔ Local authority charges

✔ Public liability insurance

✔ Grounds maintenance and up-keep

✔ Grass cutting & landscaping

✔ Sewerage and water rates

✔ Use of facilities across The Village


Additional Running Costs

It's important to understand the running costs for your holiday home, including heating, lighting and other energy costs. These will vary year to year and will depend on your personal usage. Our Holiday Homes Team can talk you through these and what to expect.

✔ Annual gas safety test

✔ Annual pipe winterisation

Finance Packages

Owning your very own holiday home could be easier than you think! We work closely with our trusted provider Santander to offer competitive finance packages (subject to status) for both caravan and lodges with more than 10 years remaining on their license. Please contact us for more information.
