Important Information about Ownership: 
Holiday Homes are not to be used as a permanent place of residence. All homes are sold with the balance of the Licence Agreement or if older than 20 years a one year licence: 

Caravans (up to 14’ wide) have a 20 year licence from new. Older caravans will be sold with the remainder of this term. Lodges have a 50 year Licence from new. Older lodges will be sold with the remainder of this term. Any holiday home with 10 years or less remaining on licence cannot be put on private sale but can be part-exchanged, sold to trade or removed from The Village.
Additional costs not included in the price of caravan/lodge include: Insurance, site fees, gas, electricity and winterisation options. For a full list please contact our Sales Team. Price does not include delivery, siting and connections. VAT is included where applicable. If your caravan or lodge is not sited, a one-off site connection fee of £2500 is charged. This charge is for connecting your holiday home with water, sewerage, electric, cylinder gas, steps and skirting. Further information on the cost of ownership can be found here
