1. Make sure your stop tap is accessible – Let us know asap if it is not 
2. Always turn off your stop tap  
3. Open up all internal taps and showers and external tap 
4. Make sure you arrive/visit during office/daylight hours so we can assist with any problems 
5. Bring bottled water with you in case your water supply is frozen 
6. Leave your water heater/boiler plugged in and switched on 
7. Move mattresses away from external walls 
8.Do not leave valuables on display 
9. Make sure the office has a key for access in an emergency  
10.Please provide us with up to date contact info for you, mobile number, email address, etc 
11. Check the forecast before you plan to visit 
12. Check your gas supply each time you leave 
13. Electric Heaters may overload and trip your electric supply
