Many of our Spa Breaks can be booked online. However, certain packages must be booked via our Reservations Team on 0800 085 1717. They will be able to check availability and book your spa breaks, day spa packages, treatments and dining reservations.

We open The Spa Hotel on Thursday 30th July, so please continue with your booking as normal. The team will ensure your safety is our number one priority.

We highly recommend you book your treatments in advance to avoid disappointment however, we will always try and accommodate any requests for treatments so would welcome enquiries on the day.

We require 48 hours' notice to cancel or amend individual bookings. We regret we are unable to refund payments. However, if the cancellation is made with 48 hours' notice, monies paid can be used against a future booking for the lead guest. For Hotel cancellation policy please see full terms and conditions.

Vouchers

Gift cards are available to purchase online. Simply click here and select your value. Choose from email or postal delivery. Gift cards can be used to purchase treatments, spa breaks, day spa packages, dining, retail and can be used at other select locations across Ribby Hall Village.

The value on gift cards last 12 months from the day of purchase. Due to our recent closure, all vouchers due to expire between 20/03/2020 - 20/12/2020 will be extended and can be used throughout 2021. Spa Breaks / Day Spa & Aqua Thermal Journey

Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment, giving you time to complete a simple health questionnaire and to relax before you meet with your therapist. Unfortunately, if you are late for your appointment, this may result in your actual treatment time being curtailed. 

Many of our Aqua Thermal Journey features are available, including: tepidarium, reflexology walk, hydrotherapy pool, infra-red bench area, zen garden, zen bar, ice bucket, monsoon showers and our two hot tubs. 

Our steam rooms and saunas are temporarily unavailable at this time. 

You can also dine at our award-winning Orangery or enjoy a drink at the Lounge Bar and Zen Bar.

Please note that we may need to close certain facilities at short notice. 

We recommend 2 hours for our Aqua Thermal Journey.

You are welcome to use the Aqua Thermal Journey how you wish, we just always recommend saving some time for relaxing in the Zen Garden. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask a member of our spa team. 

 

 

Towels and footwear, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are provided along with hairdryers and straighteners. Robes are available on request. All you have to bring is swimwear and suitable underwear for your treatments.

We ask that you check-in for your Aqua Thermal Journey or Treatment 'spa ready'. This means having your swimwear under your clothes/robe to reduce time in the changing rooms. Your locker will be pre-loaded with everything you need to reduce contact at our Spa Reception.

We ask guests to consider and respect fellow guests and help maintain the peace and tranquility of The Spa Hotel. Mobile phones are not permitted within The Spa itself.

We advise you to remove all jewellery prior to your arrival at The Spa. Our changing rooms feature lockers, so you can lock your jewellery and valuables safely away. However, we cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred.

Yes, our Aqua Thermal Journey is available. Our saunas and steam rooms remain temporarily closed. 

Dining reservations are available and should be booked well in advanced to avoid disappointment. To book please call 0800 085 1717.

 

Depending on your ailments we will assess you with our qualified first aiders. If we believe the symptoms to be Covid-19 related you will be asked to leave The Spa Hotel immediately and we will initiate our Track & Trace system. Please do not visit if you or a member of your party is showing any Covid-19 symptoms. 

Due to current Government legislation we can only accept group bookings up to 6 people.

The Spa welcomes guests aged 18 years and over.

Swimwear is to be worn in the Aqua Thermal Journey. 

Dry swimwear or suitable underwear is to be worn during all treatments and under robes within all dining areas within The Spa Hotel.

We ask that you check-in for your Aqua Thermal Journey or Treatment 'spa ready'. This means having your swimwear under your clothes/robe to reduce time in the changing rooms. Your locker will be pre-loaded with everything you need to reduce contact at our Spa Reception.

There will be limits on the number of guests in the relaxation areas prior to treatments. You'll be taken straight through to the treatment room to complete the consultation with your therapist. You'll notice the beds will have a reduced amount of blankets and towelling.
