Yes, please do let us know as soon as possible if your party details change. We will endeavour to make the necessary amendments, and will forward you a revised confirmation letter. We reserve the right to charge £30 per amendment to your original booking.
Unfortunately, the maximum amount of guests per 3 bedroom cottage is six persons, excluding infants in cots.
For Cottages and Pine Lodges a £100 deposit will secure your short break / holiday. Your balance must be paid within 8 weeks of your arrival date. For all reservations made within eight weeks of arrival, payment in full is required.
All self-catering accommodation & Motel rooms are quoted per accommodation unit. The Spa Hotel rooms are quoted per person per night.
Short break and holiday guests can stay in our self-catering cottages for either 2, 3, 4, 7 or more nights. The length of break you can book varies depending on the type of break you book & the time of year you stay with us. More information about our seasonal short breaks can be found on our "Breaks We Offer" page. Look out for details of special offers, whereby additional nights can be purchased at discounted rates. The Spa Hotel and Motel rooms are available on a nightly basis or for longer stays.
We welcome guests with restricted mobility, special needs or care requirements provided you have discussed and agreed the suitability of the accommodation with a member of the reservations team prior to booking. To avoid disappointment and any misunderstanding regarding your preferred accommodation, you will be asked to provide (at the time of booking) a risk assessment certificate for any guests with special needs. Such discussions will also enable us to provide the most suitable accommodation, as adapted accommodation is limited, and will allow us to highlight any possible difficulties during your stay. Our sport and leisure complex has dedicated changing facilities.

Our pools and changing rooms are wheelchair accessible. The leisure (family) pool is 1.1 metres deep at both ends, and 1.3 metres in the middle. The member's pool is 1.2 metres at the shallow end, and 1.5 metres at the deep end. We have a hoist that can be used to assist you in and out of the water & our friendly team are always on hand to help.
There are bus services to and from Ribby Hall Village. The closest railway station is Kirkham and Wesham only a five minute drive / taxi journey away. There are also regular buses to the neighboring towns throughout the day and evening. For more information on transport please click here.

Yes, designated Dog Friendly Cottages are available. Up to two dogs are permitted in each Dog Friendly Cottage and must be supervised at all times. Outside of the cottage dogs must be kept on a lead. Dogs are permitted in selected eateries and bars (time restrictions may apply). For more information click here. In our continued effort to reduce our carbon footprint and overall traffic within The Village, we have designed one car parking space per accommodation. Additional car parking is available at various venues across the Village.
No, you do not need to bring your own bed and travel cot linen. Towels are provided in all cottages free of charge. Please note you should not use towels from your cottage in our swimming pool. Towels for swimming are not provided, we request that guests bring their towels from home for use in our swimming pools. Guests also have the option to request additional changes of bed linen during their stay - however additional charges apply.

Yes, FREE Wifi for general internet browsing is available in all accommodation and throughout The Village. Additional Wifi Hotspots are availabe in our eateries and bars. Everyone is welcome in the family fun swimming pool. In accordance with the Health and Safety Executive and the Institute of Sport and Recreation Management the following swim ratios must be adhered to: 1 adult and 1 child under four years old and 1 adult to 2 children aged 4-7 years old. Children 8 - 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.
To avoid disappointment, we do suggest that guests pre-book table reservations and activities. Pre-booking, however, is not mandatory. Pre-booking of spa treatments is often essential.
If you're staying in a cottage, it must be vacated by 10am on your day of departure and your keys returned to the main reception. For guests staying in our Sapphire cottages checkout is 11am, and for guests staying in our Motel, checkout is 12pm. You can, however, use all of our facilities on the day of your departure up to 4pm
