IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL OWNERS: Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade

Dear owner,

Further to our previous communication, this is a reminder that the electrical infrastructure upgrade work is due to take place from 16th January to 1st March 2023, for holiday homes at Herons View, Eagles Nest and Hawks Bay. These areas will be a construction site whilst re-cabling and replacement of the electrical cabinets takes place. The electricity supply will be regularly on and off during this period and from a Health & Safety perspective these holiday Homes should not be visited; access will only be possible through permission from the Sales office.

All the remaining Holiday Home areas (Pheasants View, Chestnut Drive, Partridge Place, Swallow Dale, Dove Dale, Larks Rise, Condor Green, The Mallards & Trout Beck) will have normal electric supply EXCEPT for 2 days from Monday 6th February. Holiday homes should be drained down (as normal) and appliances switched off and all fridge/freezers emptied during this time, please consider attending after this period to check on your holiday home if you wish to do so.

Once complete, the new infrastructure will allow us to provide a larger electrical supply to each holiday home should owners wish to upgrade or add additional facilities to their holiday homes; it will also provide more resilience & future-proof the network.

We will of course keep owners informed of progress. We anticipate that the next phase will commence in January 2024.

Please note: Ramtech and BlackBox alarms have an internal battery (to allow us without electricity supply) so will be operational throughout this time.
