Drain Down 2022 & Winter Top Tips

8 November 2022 - (0:00)

Dear owners,

If you wish to book a drain down, this can now be done on the telephone, email or by calling into the office to book. A drain down ensures that your holiday home is safe in case of frost this winter which can cause burst pipes/damage to your holiday home.

Insurers often stipulate that a drain down must take place in winter, please check with your insurer.

The cost for this service is £85 inc. VAT. Please provide the date you would like your holiday home to be winterized and it will be done on or near to this date.

We have included some top tips for winter below.

Please note the close down period: As is every year, owners are not permitted to reside in their holiday home from 16th January to 1st March. The last evening for occupancy is 15th January 2023. Owners must vacate their holiday home by 4pm in the afternoon during the close down period if they come to check on it during the day. Thank you for your co-operation with this matter.
