** PRICE PROMISE GUARANTEE
1. The Price Promise Guarantee offer is available on all 2024 self-catering breaks (including Signature Properties).
2. Price Promise Guarantee means that if you see the same break on sale for a lower price at any time before your arrival date, you will be eligible for a refund of the price difference or a reduction in cost to meet the new price. The refund or reduction is for your original booking only, ie. the same arrival date, number of nights, and accommodation type.
3. If you have seen your break at a lower price, within 7 days of discovering the lower price, please call 0800 085 1717 to request your refund and/or reduction. When contacting our Reservations Team, please send a screenshot of the final booking page that shows the quote for the same break.
4. Price Promise Guarantee offer may be withdrawn at any time.
1. THE PROMOTER
The promoter is: W. & G. Harrison Limited trading as Ribby Hall Village, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 01032929 and whose registered office is at Ribby Hall Village, Ribby Road, Wrea Green, Lancashire PR4 2PR (‘RHV’).
2. THE COMPETITION
2.1 The title of the competition is ‘30 Holidays for Free’ – Holiday Prize Draw (the ‘Competition’).
2.2 This Competition is open to any individual (the ‘Entrant’) who makes a booking for a 2024 self-catering break with RHV (a ‘Booking') between 09.00am on 26 December 2023 (the ‘Opening Time’) and 23.59pm on 04 February 2024 (the ‘Closing Time’) (the ‘Qualifying Period’). Entry into the Competition is automatic and RHV will offer a total of 30 holidays for free to Entrants, subject to the following competition terms and conditions (the ‘Terms’).
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 All Bookings received before the Opening Time and after the Closing Time will not be eligible for the Competition.
3.2 The Entrant’s entry into the Competition is automatic when the Entrant makes a Booking within the Qualifying Period. Bookings can be made either at https://www.ribbyhall.co.uk (the ‘Website’) or by contacting RHV via telephone on 0800 085 1717 and can be for all Cottages, Pine Lodges and Signature self-catering properties (excluding for the avoidance of doubt, any bookings at the Motel or The Spa Hotel). All Bookings must be for two, three, four or seven nights self-catering breaks with an arrival date between 08 January 2024 and 30 December 2024 (inclusive). Please note that RHV’s General Terms and Conditions will apply to any Bookings made for self-catering breaks, which can be found at Short Breaks & Holidays Terms and Conditions | Ribby Hall Village.
3.3 RHV will not accept:
3.3.1 responsibility for Competition entries that are delayed in transmission, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
3.3.2 proof of Booking as proof of receipt of entry to the Competition.
3.4 By making a Booking and entering into the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

4. ELIGIBILITY
4.1 The Competition is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over except:
4.1.1 employees of RHV or its holding or subsidiary companies;
4.1.2 employees of agents or suppliers of RHV or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Competition or its administration; or
4.1.3 members of the immediate families or households of 4.1.1 and 4.1.2 above.
4.2 In entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize you may win. RHV may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Competition.
4.3 There is a limit of one entry per Entrant. Entries submitted by Bookings made on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
5. THE PRIZE
5.1 The prize for the Competition is the Booking being a free holiday as advertised on the Website prior to entering the Competition (the ‘Prize’) for an Entrant and there are 30 free holidays that are available to be won by Entrants (each a ‘Winner’ and collectively the ‘Winners’).
5.2 The Prize is not negotiable or transferable.
5.3 There is no cash alternative for the Prize.
5.4 For any Winners that have paid for the Booking in full or have paid a deposit at the time of making the Booking, RHV will refund the full amount paid for the Booking to the original payment method used within 7 days.
6. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
6.1 The Competition draw will take place every Wednesday between 03 January 2024 to 07 February 2024 and five Winners will be selected at random each week by RHV via a draw from all Entrants whose entry to the Competition has been accepted by RHV.
6.2 The decision of RHV (acting reasonably and save in the event of manifest error) as to the Winner will be final and accordingly the decision of RHV as to who the Winners of the Competition is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
6.3 RHV will contact the winners personally as soon as practicable after the draw has taken place, using the telephone number provided within the Booking.
7. CLAIMING THE PRIZE
7.1 The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
7.2 RHV will make all reasonable efforts to contact the Winner. If the Winner cannot be contacted or is not available within 72 hours of RHV’s first attempt to contact them, RHV reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Entrant.
7.3 RHV does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the Prize.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Insofar as is permitted by law, RHV, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of entry into the Competition or taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of RHV, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
9. DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY
9.1 RHV will only process your personal information as set out in its Privacy Notice which can be found at https://www.ribbyhall.co.uk/privacy-notice.
9.2 RHV must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. Therefore, if you are the Winner(s) of the Competition, you agree that RHV may use your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the Winners of this Competition and for any other reasonable and related promotional and/or marketing purposes.
9.3 You further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity and marketing promotions required by RHV.
9.4 By entering the Competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you within the Booking may be held and used only by RHV or its agents and suppliers to administer the Competition.
10. GENERAL
10.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms, RHV may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Competition.
10.2 RHV reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
10.3 These Terms shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
