The main duties of the role will be: 

In this role the successful candidate will perform receptionist duties based on the Aqua Thermal Reception and/or Beauty Desk. You will be key to contributing to the first impressions of all guests visiting this five bubble Spa facility; providing a warm and professional welcome on arrival and ensuring on departure their experience with us has been to the highest standard.

We are seeking a motivated individual to drive retail sales for the luxury brands available at The Spa. Comprehensive training and information of the products will be provided to assist you in your role.   

As a Spa Host you will facilitate the smooth running of the Aqua Thermal Spa area, including client show rounds, inspections of the experience rooms, providing guests with fresh towels and water and some cleaning and maintenance duties.  Your role will also involve guiding guests through the journey, managing foot flow within the facilities and proactively seeking ways to enhance the operational effectiveness of the department. By doing so, you’ll ensure that every guest enjoys a fantastic experience during their visit.

Availability:

We have 1 permanent, part-time position available, offering 24 hours over 3 or 4 days in a department that operates 7 days a week.  

Full flexibility to work weekends and evenings is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business.  

 

Salary:
