Village Holiday Entertainment and Dining facility are looking for a talented Chef De Partie.

The HIVE is a firm favourite with our Holiday Guests and Holiday Homeowners alike, with a variety of offerings for everyone from a bustling bar area, delightful dining facilities and fabulous family entertainment with lively day time activities and impressive night time entertainment.

Interested in:

A methodical, organised chef who is used to cooking for large numbers, consistently achieving high standards whilst looking to improve the service offered. Natural flair & passion for cooking will underpin this role.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a kitchen environment with good all-round experience on all sections. The chosen candidate will carry out a variety of duties, whilst striving to continuously improve the operational effectiveness of the department to enhance productivity and service, help to manage spend and contribute to producing a significant profit. As Chef de Partie you will work on all sections and be involved with the senior chefs to support the business. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, food safety and presentation are developed and maintained along with your colleagues.

Availability:

The position is full time offering 45 hours over 5 days, in a department that operates 7 days a week.

Full flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business.
