Set out below are the terms and conditions of Ribby Hall Village Gift Cards promoted and operated by Ribby Hall Village.

These Gift Card and E-Vouchers Terms and Conditions (The Terms) should be read in conjunction with the General Terms and Conditions, made available via www.ribbyhall.co.uk/legal (legal)  PLEASE HAVE SPECIAL REGARDS TO THE GENERAL TERMS (legal).

Your Gift Card can be used by you if you are the purchaser or given as a gift. You can use the gift card in full or part payment towards goods purchased in participating Ribby Hall Village (RHV) outlets or online at www.ribbyhall.co.uk against a cottage booking and activities or against a Spa Hotel room booking or treatment.

Ribby Hall Village (RHV) Gift Cards and E-Vouchers can be used to purchase products and services at the following RHV outlets;

Eateries, including:

• Terrazza
• The Pancake Hut
• The Hive
• Blend Coffee House
• Papa John’s
• The Orangery

Weddings & Events

The Spa Hotel, including:

• The Spa
• The Orangery
• The Hotel

Short Breaks & Accommodation

The Health Club (cannot be used against existing membership subscriptions collected by direct debit)

Spa Hotel Gift Cards or E-Vouchers can be used to purchase products and services at;

• The Spa
• The Hotel
• The Orangery

Gift Cards and E-Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

No change will be given. 

Any payment which is subsequently dishonoured will result in the credit to the card being revoked.

RHV cannot accept responsibility for your gift card or E-Voucher if it is lost, stolen or damaged, or for any unauthorised use of the card, it will not be replaced or its value refunded in any of these circumstances.

The card is not a cheque guarantee card, credit or charge card.

Gift cards of E-Vouchers used to book self-catering accommodation, Hotel accommodation or Spa treatments must adhere to our cancellation policies,  further information available at www.ribbyhall.co.uk/legal

The card will automatically expire 24 months after the date of issue and any remaining balance will be cancelled.

RHV reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this service at any time.
