Here's a sample itinerary of what you can expect from your Yoga Retreat.
1pm: Welcome Healthy Smoothie and snacks as you relax in The Lounge Bar, and check in.
2pm - 4pm: Aqua Thermal Journey
4:30pm - 6:45pm: Vinyasa Flow Yoga & Meditation presented by Jo Eastham in The Health Club's Mind & Body Studio (short wellness walk to and from yoga studio)
7:45pm: Exquisite two course evening meal
Luxury overnight accommodation
7am: Awaken your senses with a Woodland Trail walk or Gym session (optional Aqua Thermal Journey at 9am)
Healthy nutritious breakfast before check out
10.45am - 12:30am: Asthanga Vinyasa Flow Yoga & Relaxation
1pm: Healthy two course lunch
2.15pm: Reflection in The Wellness Suite before departing at your leisure
