9am

The perfect time for any treatments you have pre-booked before your retreat begins. Our list of treatments can be found by clicking the button below.

12pm

Arriving from 12pm, you'll have time to relax in The Champagne Bar. There will be a superfood buffet with teas, coffee, and water for you to enjoy as you listen to your welcome chat, pre-exercise screening, dietary requirements, and The Spa Hotel product house demonstrations and testing.

1:15pm

You will be checked into your luxury hotel room where you'll have some time to unpack and unwind. Please be ready for 1:40pm, when you'll meet your host at reception for a guided walk from The Spa Hotel to The Health Club, where your activities will take place. Please wear outdoor footwear and suitable clothing.

2pm

After a guided walk to The Health Club, your qualified wellness instructor will guide you through a 90-minute yoga and meditation session OR Pilates and relaxation session in The Health Club Mind and Body Studio. Please remember to bring your own water bottle to this session, a water station and mats will be available.

From 4pm

Indulge in our Aqua Thermal Journey for two hours. Make your way through relaxing steam rooms, aroma rooms, and saunas, and float in our indoor hydrotherapy pool. Relax in one of two outdoor hot tubs nestled in picturesque countryside. Flip-flops are available to purchase.

From 6:30pm

A delicious two-course evening meal will be served in our 2 AA Rosette restaurant, The Orangery, with dining times allocated at the time of booking. Enjoy a starter and a main course, with the option to purchase desserts. Spend time reflecting on your day in the calming atmosphere of The Orangery before you head to your luxury hotel room for a peaceful night's sleep.

From 7am

Enjoy a delicious breakfast in The Orangery. Our full English breakfast is the perfect way to start your day.

9am - 10am

Indulge in our Aqua Thermal Journey. Make your way through relaxing steam rooms, aroma rooms, and saunas, and float in our indoor hydrotherapy pool. Relax in one of two outdoor hot tubs nestled in picturesque countryside.

11am

Time to check out of your luxury hotel room. You'll have time to check out and meet your group at The Health Club before your remaining retreat activities begin.

12.15pm

After a guided walk to The Health Club, your qualified wellness instructor will guide you through a 90-minute yoga & meditation session OR  Trigger Point Pilates and relaxation session in The Health Club Mind & Body Studio. Please remember to bring your own water bottle to this session, a water station and mats will be available.

2.15pm

Head to The Champagne Bar to enjoy lunch chosen from our seasonal lunch menu as you fill out your reflection forms.

3.15pm

If you're not quite ready to leave, then this is the perfect time for any relaxing treatments you have pre-booked. Our list of treatments can be found by clicking the button below. Alternatively, why not book a class at The Health Club, or take some time to explore our beautiful 130 acres of Lancashire countryside.
