Supervisor - Terrazza

We are looking for a team focused and driven individual who can help lead the Terrazza team as a dedicated Supervisor whilst maintaining a friendly and professional service in a fast-paced environment.

Well organised, self-motivated candidates keen to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be energetic and approachable Supervisor, strive to enhance sales, keen to allow their customer service skills to shine in a hands-on role.  

The successful candidate should ideally be able to demonstrate expertise of operating in a busy bar/ waiting-on environment. 

The successful candidates will be required to: 

• Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Restaurant alongside support of the management team.
• Assist the Management team with the operational objectives of the business and ensure tight controls on costs are achieved in line with the P&L.
• Ensure that all company Health & Safety, and Food Safety objectives and standards are achieved and that any faults are raised directly with the Restaurant Manager or the Health & Safety Manager.
• Focus on “service” standards throughout the operation, and in conjunction with the Management team; continue to improve the overall professional standards.
• Communicate effectively with all areas of the overall business in order to facilitate high standards across Ribby Hall Village.
• Ensure that the Restaurant operates to its maximum potential

Due to licensing laws applicants must be 18 years of age or above. 

Availability: The position is full time; the normal hours of work are 40 hours per week over 5 days.  

 Full flexibility to work weekends and evenings is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business.
