Terrazza, our rustic Italian kitchen at Ribby Hall Village, is growing its team. We’re looking for several hands-on, passionate chefs to join us — whether you’re building your skills as a Commis Chef or confidently running a section as a Chef de Partie. If you enjoy creating honest, flavourful dishes using fresh local produce and thrive in a friendly, hard-working kitchen, we’d love to welcome you on board. 

About the Role 
We are looking for chefs who are excited to:

  • Continue developing skills in a supportive, quality-driven environment 
  • Whether you join us as a Commis Chef or Chef de Partie, you’ll be working with a passionate team who care deeply about the food they create.

Hours & Salary 
These roles are permanent, Full-time positions offering 45 hours per week over 5 days in a department that operates 7 days per week. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business.  Salaries start from £29,000 per year, depending on the role and the experience you bring with you.
