Facilities Maintenance Operative – Painter & Decorator

We have a fantastic opportunity within the village for a Painter & Decorator based in the Facilities Maintenance department who will be expected to deliver high-quality results with an eye for detail. 
  
Interested in: 
An enthusiastic and hard-working Painter & Decorator keen to join a multi-skilled team and ensure our Village is exceptionally presented to a 5 Star standard. 
The successful candidate should ideally possess a Painting and Decorating qualification, with experience of having worked in a similar role. 
 
The main duties of the role: 

• Identify opportunities to improve overall standard of our facilities and report any concerns immediately. 
• Adhere to Health & Safety guidelines when completing tasks. 
• Provide support to projects and contractors, when required, ensuring Ribby Hall Village standards are maintained. 
• Respond to a ticketing system against Service Level Agreements.  
• Collaborate with departments across the village to maintain high standards across the Company. 
• Provide friendly and professional service, ensuring guest satisfaction with completed work. 
• Assist in coordinating schedules to minimise disruption to holiday village operations.

Salary: 
We are proud to offer competitive hourly rates in excess of the National Minimum Wage. 
  
Availability: 
We currently have 1 permanent position, offering 45 hours per week over 5 days in a department that operates 7 days a week.   
  
Full flexibility to work weekends and evenings is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business.
