Dear owner,
We have recently introduced an 'Owner Support' email address to allow the team to deal with any enquiry you may have promptly.
The new email address is as follows:
The Guest Relations team check this address regularly, and will respond to all emails, giving priority as needed depending on the urgency of the request. We hope this will be a useful tool, and we would encourage owners to use this address where possible instead of emails to direct members of the team to allow us to respond more promptly to queries.
Examples of how this may be used, could be to request a gas safety check , any invoice queries, or asking for advise of a suitable tradesperson to use.
