Our 30 minute lessons run from Monday - Friday during school term time with a maximum of three children in the water at any one time. Your child's instructor will remain in the water with your child and teach them the important first skills of swimming. Following the national plan, the instructor will help your child achieve Swim England's Duckling awards. This will see them gain water confidence in a fun and safe environment whilst giving them the skills to confidently progress further into the after school swim classes.

The start of the swimming journey every child should achieve. Our experienced instructors will teach your child to swim unaided, improve technique and gain the necessary skills to survive in water. This journey is governed by Swim England who provide a framework of awards along the way.

Once your child has achieved all Swim England stages 1-7 they have the option to progress onto the Rookie Lifeguard programme. The RLSS UK's Rookie Lifeguard programme offers fun and varied activities that will give your child the skills they need to be confident in the pool or the sea. During the sessions each child will learn how to swim and enjoy water safely, whether in shallow or deeper water.
