Treasures Team Leader - Holiday Experience

We are excited to announce that the Holiday Experience Department are looking to expand their team! We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Team Leader to oversee the day to day entertainment services, products and organisation of the Treasures facility. To also support our fun-filled daytime activity sessions and evening entertainers.  

Interested in: 
 
An experienced candidate who will support the team members in daily tasks and activities. Will be responsible for the quality and preparation of merchandise displays, ensuring that Treasures is attractive and inviting for guests. Our perfect candidate will be friendly, approachable and will have experience in retail.  
 
The main duties of the role will be: 

  • Management support for schedules 
  • Ordering stock/stock control 
  • Merchandise displays of new and existing products 
  • Sales transactions 
  • Guest interaction as well as knowledge of the activities being held within Holiday Experience 
  • Mentoring new employees and supporting their development.

This post will be subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check due to the nature of the role. 
 
Availability: 
This position offers 24 hours over 3 days per week in a department that operates over 7 days.   
 
Full flexibility to work weekends and evenings is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business.  
 
Salary:
