The successful candidates should ideally be able to demonstrate expertise of operating in a busy bar/ waiting-on environment; a knowledge which is likely to have been acquired within a similar position in the hospitality industry. 
 
The main duties of the role are: 

• Meeting and greeting guests 
• Taking orders 
• Table service 
• Preparing drinks and dessert items 
• Cash handling and processing payments General cleaning duties

Availability: 
We currently have two permanent, part time positions available, offering 15 hours over 3 days in a department that operates 7 days a week. 
 
We also have a number of Casual, zero-hour working agreements available. 
 
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business.
