The successful candidate should ideally be able to demonstrate expertise of operating in a busy bar/ waiting-on environment; a knowledge which is likely to have been acquired within a similar position in the hospitality industry. 
 
The main duties of the role are: 

• Meeting and greeting guests 
• Taking orders 
• Table service 
• Preparing drinks  
• Cash handling and processing payments
• General cleaning duties

Availability: 
We have 2 part-time positions available, offering minimum 8 hours over 2 days in a department that operates 7 days per week 
 
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business. 
 
Salary:
