Team Member (Casual) - Holiday Experience

Our Holiday Experience Department are looking for lively, enthusiastic Activities and Entertainment Team Members to work in a varied and exciting role hosting and supporting our fun-filled activity sessions, working in our ‘Treasures’ Gift shop and face painting. 
 
Interested in: 
Experienced candidates, with a passion for working with children.  We are searching for an energetic and approachable team members with excellent standards of hygiene and attention to detail. 
 
The main duties of the role will be: 

• Dancing, singing and performing within the daytime/evening entertainment team 
• Character visits and performances in our character costumes 
• Hosting activity sessions 
• Providing a fun and professional face painting and temporary tattoo experience for the children 
• Working within our ‘Treasures’ Gift shop 
• Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the children 
• Developing good working relationships with the children and parents
• Maintaining a happy, harmonious and fun atmosphere within The HIVE 

 
Our perfect match will possess the following essential attributes: 

• Experience working with toddlers, children and teenagers. 
• Singing/dancing/acting/performing art skills 
• Good rapport with children 
• Outstanding customer service 
• Good communication skills 
• Ability to work in a team and in a noisy environment 
• Flexibility, determination and the ability to cope well under pressure 
• Immaculate personal presentation and hygiene standards 
• Time management skills
• Health and safety awareness

Availability: 
We currently have one zero-hours, casual working position available in a department that operates 7 days a week.       
Full flexibility to work weekends and evenings is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business.
