Team Leader - The Hive

The HIVE is a firm favourite with our Holiday Guests and Holiday Homeowners alike, with a variety of offerings for everyone from a bar lounge, dining facilities and family entertainment with lively day time activities and impressive nighttime entertainment. 
 
Interested in: 
A well organised, self-motivated candidate keen to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be energetic and approachable Team Leader, keen to allow their customer service skills to shine in a hands-on role.  
 
The successful candidate should ideally be able to demonstrate team leader expertise in a busy bar/ waiting-on environment; a knowledge which is likely to have been acquired within a similar position in the hospitality Industry. 
 
The successful candidate will be required to: 

• Delivering outstanding 5-star service to all guests. 
• Maintain Service Standards. 
• Ensure Chain of Service is followed to support Customer Journey. 
• The ability to perform under pressure. 
• Pro-active with excellent follow through on tasks. 
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Demonstrate excellence personal presentation and adhere to company uniform.

Availability: 
We currently have one part time position available: working 32 hours over 5 days a week.  Full flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business. 
 
Salary:
