We are looking for a lively & enthusiastic Team Leader to take ownership of the day to day running and organisation of our parties, as well as providing support to the wider Holiday Experience Team.
Interested in:
An experienced candidate who will support the team members in daily tasks and activities. Will be responsible for the quality and preparation of parties, ensuring that Ribby Hall is consistently delivering the 5-star experience. Our perfect candidate will be friendly, approachable and will have experience in parties/event management.
The main duties of the role will be:
- Host and deliver engaging parties and events, ensuring a fun and memorable experience for guests.
- Guest interaction as well as knowledge of the activities being held within Holiday Experience.
- Mentoring new employees and supporting their development.
- Developing good working relationships with the children and parents.
- Maintaining a happy, harmonious and fun atmosphere within the activity centre.
- Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations and report on outcomes to inform future planning.
- Research trends and opportunities in the market to generate interest and enhance the party offering.
- Support the Holiday Experience Team by participating in and helping to deliver daytime and evening entertainment, including learning and performing in scheduled shows and daytime showtivities.
- Supporting our whimsical gift store, Treasures as and when required.
- Propose creative ideas to enhance the quality and appeal of parties and entertainment offerings.
- Proactively manage any issues or challenges that arise during events, ensuring swift resolution.

- Availability to attend mandatory 2-day Company Induction on a Monday & Tuesday.

Availability:
We have one temporary, part time position available working 32 hours over 4 days in a department that operates 7 days a week.
Full flexibility to work weekends and evenings is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business.
