This is a dual role, combining front‑of‑house Spa Reception responsibilities with guest hosting duties within the Aqua Thermal Spa facilities.
 
The main duties of the role will be: 
In this dual role, the successful candidate will perform receptionist duties based at the Aqua Thermal Spa Reception, while also supporting the wider Spa Host function. You will be key to contributing to the first impressions of all guests visiting this five‑bubble Spa facility, providing a warm, professional welcome on arrival and ensuring that on departure their experience has been to the highest standard. 

We are seeking a motivated individual to actively drive retail sales for the luxury brands available at The Spa. Comprehensive product training and information will be provided to support you in this element of the role.

As a Spa Host, you will facilitate the smooth running of the Aqua Thermal Spa area. This will include conducting client show rounds, completing inspections of the experience rooms, providing guests with fresh towels and water, and undertaking light cleaning and maintenance duties. The role will also involve guiding guests through their spa journey, managing guest flow within the facilities, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the overall operational effectiveness of the department. By doing so, you will ensure that every guest enjoys a truly exceptional experience during their visit. The role includes a responsibility to maintain appropriate First Aid training and to deliver First Aid assistance in line with organisational requirements.

Availability:
We currently have 1 permanent, part-time positions available, one offering 36 hours over 4 or 5 days (rota dependant) in a department that operates 7 days a week.

Full flexibility to work weekends and evenings is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business.  

Salary:
