An enthusiastic Receptionist with good interpersonal, administration and computer skills. The chosen candidate will work in a small team carrying out a variety of duties whilst striving to continuously improve the operational effectiveness of the Health Club department.
The main duties of this role will be:
- Greeting all members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Providing information about facilities, memberships, classes, and promotions
- Handling member queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Ensuring high standards of customer care at all times

- Competent computer skills – confident using booking systems, email, and general office software
- Ability to remain calm under pressure – especially during peak times or when handling queries or complaints

- High level of professionalism and personal presentation – representing the Health Club brand at all times
- Reliability and flexibility – able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and provide cover when needed
- Proactive and solutions‑focused mindset – able to anticipate member needs and resolve issues quickly
- Respect for confidentiality and data protection – especially regarding membership details and bookings
Availability:
We currently have a permanent, part time positions, offering 30 hours over 4 days in a department that operates 7 days a week.
Full flexibility to cover weekends, early mornings and evenings is essential, together with the willingness to provide additional support to cover staff absence.
Salary:
