Contract Details:
This is a temporary 40 hour per week, over 5 days, fixed-term role for the duration of your apprenticeship. Here’s how it works:

  • You’ll start with around six months fully immersed in our People & Culture team, five days a week, gaining hands-on experience and building your knowledge of the employee lifecycle.
  • After that, you’ll move into the 24-month apprenticeship programme, combining on-the-job learning with your CIPD People Professional qualification, allowing for 20% off the job training, most likely in a college setting.
