The successful candidate will be an energetic and approachable Supervisor, dedicated to ensuring that our customers enjoy a friendly, professional and speedy service to go with their delicious pizza! They should ideally be able to demonstrate team leader or supervisory expertise in a busy restaurant environment; a knowledge which is likely to have been acquired within a similar position in the hospitality Industry.
The main duties of the role will be:
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the Restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
- Assist the Management team with the operational objectives of the business and ensure tight controls on costs are achieved in line with the P & L.
- Ensure that all company Health & Safety, and Food Safety objectives and standards are achieved and that any faults are raised directly with the Restaurant Manager or the Health & Safety Manager.
- Focus on “service” standards throughout the operation, and in conjunction with the Management team; continue to improve the overall professional standards.
- Communicate effectively with all areas of the overall business to facilitate high standards across Ribby Hall Village.
- Ensure that the Restaurant operates to its maximum potential.

Availability:
The position is Full- time; 40 hours over 5 days, covering an operation which is open 7 days a week.
Full flexibility to cover weekends and evenings is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business.
