Five Star Holiday Village seeks passionate and creative Paid Media Coordinator to join a vibrant and enthusiastic team. 

We have a challenging and exciting opportunity for a Paid Media Coordinator. This is a new role within the Marketing team where you'll take ownership of our paid media and drive new customer acquisition across Google Ads and Meta Ads. 


Interested in: 
This role would suit a candidate who enjoys getting into the data, finding opportunities and turning them into results. You'll have the chance to shape how we run paid media, from account structure and tracking through to reporting, and help build the channel as it grows. 


Role responsibilities: 

  • Owning, building and optimising paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta ads  
  • Running structured testing across creative, audiences, messaging and campaign set-up 
  • Managing channel budget pacing and bids  
  • Owning monthly performance reporting with clear, proactive commentary on results, trends and the actions you're taking  
  • Monitoring competitor activity and platform developments and sharing insights with the wider team 
  • Working closely with the Organic Social Media Coordinator to utilise creative content
  • Collaborating with the SEO Advisor and UX Advisor for landing page optimisation 

 
Our perfect match will possess the following essential attributes: 

  • Proven, hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads as core channels 
  • Confident with performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, conversions and revenue  
  • Knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager
  • An analytical mindset where you can translate data into clear meaningful actions 

 
Availability: 
The position is full time and offers 40 hours over 5 days. 


Salary: 
£30,000 per annum.
