Guest Experience Assistant - Accommodation

We are searching for a friendly and courteous Guest Experience Assistant who displays a passion for customer service and an aspiration to become part of a hard-working team. The successful candidate must have a desire to promote our wonderful Five-Star Holiday Village and Award-Winning Spa Hotel to ensure that our guests enjoy a fantastic holiday experience, time and time again! 

The successful Guest Experience Assistant will be required to:  

• Take a high volume of inbound enquiries for all areas across the Village, and follow through to secure bookings for all aspects of our guest’s stay 
• Confidently pass on their knowledge of the Village, its facilities and accommodation to our guests, ensuring each and every guest has a 5* experience
• Share their knowledge and passion for spa treatments to maximize our guest’s spa experience and guide guests in booking the perfect treatment for them
• Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services 
• Have an awareness of the department’s sales figures 
• Maintain accurate and detailed records 
• Join the Reception Team to ensure a smooth guest experience at our Holiday Guest Reception

• Excellent communication and people skills 
• Exceptional telephone manner 
• Excellent PC skills - all Microsoft office packages 
• Flexibility, determination, enthusiasm and the ability to work well under pressure 
• Ability to work on their own initiative within a work environment 
• Ability to operate within a team environment 
• Excellent personal presentation
• Previous experience in a contact center environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided  

 
Availability:  
We currently have 40 contracted hours available within a permanent position in a department that operates 7 days a week. We welcome applications from candidates seeking either full-time or part-time hours, with working patterns to be discussed at interview. 
 
Salary:
