Guest Experience Assistant - Accommodation

We have a fantastic opportunity available for a highly motivated individual, with a passion for customer service, to join our Reservations Team as Guest Experience Assistant.  Previous experience in a contact centre environment, holiday park or spa is desirable.   
 
The successful candidate must have an excellent telephone manner and enjoy working in a busy, customer focused environment together with good communication skills and a pro-active approach to sales.

The successful Guest Experience Assistant will be required to:  

• Take a high volume of inbound enquiries for all areas across the Village, and follow through to secure bookings for all aspects of our guest’s stay  
• Confidently pass on their knowledge of the Village, its facilities and accommodation to our guests, ensuring each and every guest has a 5* experience 
• Share their knowledge and passion for spa treatments to maximize our guest’s spa experience and guide guests in booking the perfect treatment for them 
• Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services  
• Have an awareness of the department’s sales figures  
• Maintain accurate and detailed records 
• Join the Reception Team to ensure a smooth guest experience at our Holiday Guest Reception

• Exceptional telephone manner
• Excellent PC skills - all Microsoft office packages
• Flexibility, determination, enthusiasm and the ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to work on their own initiative within a work environment
• Ability to operate within a team environment
• Excellent personal presentation
• Previous experience in a contact center environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided  

 
Availability:  
We currently have 40 contracted hours available within a permanent position in a department that operates 7 days a week.  
 
Salary:
