A brand new and exciting opportunity has arisen within the Village for a Green Space Operative to join the Grounds team to maintain and nurture the Golf Course and green areas around the Village. 

Interested in:

  • Experience in green space maintenance – grass cutting (ride-on and push mowing), strimming, hedge cutting, woodland tasks
  • Seasonal maintenance and ground treatment (irrigation, fertilizers, gritting, etc.)
  • Hard Landscaping and general ground working tasks
  • Chainsaw license (desirable)
  • Pest Control Experience
  • Knowledge of maintenance equipment and machinery  
  • Spraying certificates PA1, PA2 and PA6 spraying certifications (desirable)   
  • Health and Safety compliant 
  • A willingness to attend relevant training courses

Availability:
Full time, 45 hours over 5 days, in a department that operates 7 days per week.
