About the Role
Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies, manage key stakeholder relationships, and lead marketing activity across multiple departments and channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver marketing strategies and plans across multiple departments including Short Breaks & Holidays,
- Holiday Homes, The Spa Hotel, The Health Club and Weddings & Events
- Lead integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across the business
- Drive digital & performance marketing including SEO, PPC & Paid Social and CRM with experience in Website
- Performance including UX, design and working closely with Developers
- Utilise Brand and Communications to drive performance marketing
- Manage marketing budgets
- Evaluate campaigns and work closely with the leadership team, reporting on marketing performance in line with business targets
- Champion AI-powered marketing technologies, automation platforms, and emerging MarTech solutions
- Monitor trends in AI, LLMs and digital innovation, turning opportunities into business value
- Ensure brand consistency across all departments
- Ensure effective communications to our customer groups
Essential Requirements
- Proven department management experience within marketing
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing budgets and analysing performance

- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong knowledge of the latest marketing trends and technologies
- Target-focused with a strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Data driven with experience in data analysis and reporting on measurable ROI using various analytics software
Location & Availability:
This position is permanent, full time, offering 40 hours per week over 5 days. Located in Wrea Green, Lancashire.
Salary:
£60,000 per annum, plus bonus and company benefits.
