Holiday Entertainment and family friendly dining facility are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join the team at HIVE.

The HIVE is a firm favourite with our Holiday Guests and Holiday Homeowners alike, with a variety of offerings for everyone from a stylish bar area, dining facilities and family entertainment with lively day time activities and impressive night time entertainment.

A passionate chef who is enthusiastic about creating dishes using locally sourced ingredients, keen to have a responsibility for ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.

The chosen candidate will carry out a variety of duties whilst striving to continuously improve the operational effectiveness of the department to enhance productivity and service, help to manage spend and contribute to producing a significant profit. As Chef de Partie you will work on all sections and be involved with menu planning and development along with the senior chefs. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation are developed and maintained along with your colleagues. 

Experience in a similar level role is desirable however not essential as training will be provided to high potential candidates.

Availability:
We have 1 permanent, full-time position available, offering 45 hours per week over 5 days in a department that operates 7 days a week.

Full flexibility to work weekends, early mornings and evenings is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business.
