We're looking for passionate and talented chefs of all levels from apprentices to head chefs to join our vibrant kitchen teams, including:
Terrazza – our authentic Italian restaurant 
The Orangery - Our AA Rosette fine‑dining restaurant nestled in our tranquil Spa Hotel.
The Hive – our premium family entertainment venue

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working in a professional kitchen environment (dependent on level)
• A commitment to continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional service 
• The ability to support senior chefs and contribute to the success and profitability of the department
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, safety, and presentation standards 
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment

Availability: 
All chef positions are full time: 5 days from 7.

The normal hours of work are 45 per week for qualified roles, and 40 per week for apprentice roles. 
 
Full flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business.
