We’re looking for talented, highly organised Chef de Partie professionals to support our vibrant kitchen operations, including: 
Terrazza – our authentic Italian restaurant 
The Orangery - Our AA Rosette fine‑dining restaurant nestled in our tranquil Spa Hotel.
The Hive – our premium family entertainment venue

What We’re Looking For 
We’re interested in methodical, organised chefs with experience cooking for high volumes while maintaining exceptional standards. A natural flair, creativity, and passion for cooking are essential in this role. 
 
Ideal candidates will have: 

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen, with exposure to various sections 
  • A commitment to continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional service 
  • The ability to support senior chefs and contribute to the success and profitability of the department
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, safety, and presentation standards

Availability: 
The position is full time: 5 days from 7. The normal hours of work are 45 per week.   
 
Full flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business.
