Casual Team Member - Holiday Experience

Our Holiday Experience Department are looking for a talented, hands‑on technical team member who loves creating amazing live experiences through great sound, lighting and show production. 

Interested in: 
Individuals with strong audio, lighting and media skills who can operate, programme and support high‑quality entertainment productions. 
 
The main duties of the role will be: 

• Show operation and maintenance for all entertainment technical elements, ensuring every performance runs smoothly and professionally. 
• Mixing audio for live events, delivering high‑quality sound that enhances the guest experience. 
• Program and operate lighting consoles to create dynamic, memorable atmospheres for a wide range of shows and activities. 
• Carrying out routine checks, troubleshooting and maintenance on technical systems to ensure reliability. 
• Working closely with performers, entertainment teams and event organisers to deliver smooth, high‑impact productions.
• Supporting rehearsals, tech runs and show planning to ensure events are delivered to the highest standard. 

 
Our perfect match will possess the following essential attributes: 

• Great knowledge of Q‑Lab and video editing software, with the confidence and creativity to use these tools to elevate our entertainment offering. 
• Strong understanding of lighting and sound equipment, with the ability to adapt quickly in a live environment. 
• Good communication and teamwork skills, building strong working relationships across entertainment and wider operational teams.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring precision in every setup, cue and show run.

Availability: 
We currently have one zero-hours, casual working position available in a department that operates 7 days a week.       
 
Full flexibility to work weekends and evenings is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business.
