Advisor - Holiday Home Sales

Five Star Holiday Village seeks organised and highly motivated Holiday Home Advisor to join a busy customer service, and sales focused team on a temporary, fixed term basis to cover a period of maternity leave commencing on 1st January 2026. 

We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, motivated individual, to join our Holiday Home Team.  Working in an enthusiastic team, you will be responsible for working with the team to secure sales and also ensure all department administration is completed to a high standard to deliver an excellent customer experience. 
 
Interested in: 
An Advisor with administration and customer service experience.  You will be friendly and approachable with a desire to promote our wonderful Five Star Holiday Village to attract prospective Holiday Home owners whilst still providing a great service to our existing customers.  
 
The main duties of the role will be: 

  • Provide tours of the Village and holiday homes to prospective customers/welcome customers and undertake customer appointments.  
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.  
  • Selling Holiday Homes to maximise profit and achieve annual financial objectives. 
  • Holiday Home handovers ensuring customer files are accurate and complete.   
  • Ensure holiday homes for sale are presented to a high standard at all times /office presented well and ready for customers.  
  • Ensure the office is run professionally in line with outlined company practices. 
  • Undertake admin tasks (such as obtaining proofs information) to support compliance including health and safety of the department. 
  • Market holiday homes for sale across platforms.
  • Complete Daily banking. 

Our perfect match will possess the following essential attributes: 

  • Experience as a letting agent/estate agent would be ideal but not essential.  
  • Experience in sales and a good understanding of sales techniques is essential. 
  • A proven track record of excellent customer service and business acumen.  
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, multi- tasking to operate effectively in a busy office. 
  • Able to work well independently, and as part of a team. 
  • Excellent organisation & time management skills. 
  • Excellent communication and people skills. 
  • Flexibility, determination, enthusiasm and the ability to work well under pressure. 
  • Excellent PC skills – all Microsoft office packages. 
  • Excellent personal presentation. 
  • Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail. 

Due to the nature of the position, a full and valid UK driving licence is essential to be considered for this role. 

Availability: 
We have one temporary, fixed-term position available, starting on 1st January 2026 and continuing until at least 1st September 2026. 
 
Applicants interested in working 40 hours across 5 days or 32 hours across 4 days are encouraged to apply. 
 
Shifts will be scheduled on a 4-week rota, and availability to work weekends as well as cover periods of leave and absence is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business. 
 
Salary
£32,000 per annum based on 40 hours. (Pro rata)
