Explore more than 100 acres of landscaped grounds on foot, horseback, by boat or by cycle.
If you love the great outdoors, you'll find plenty to feed your passion, from the NEW Nature Trail, horse riding, cycling or tennis to our lovely boating lake and mini golf course.
Nature Trail
Explore the great outdoors and all its wildlife on our NEW nature trail. As you follow the trail you will discover wood carvings, a pond dipping platform, mini beast mansion, plus a variety of native trees, plants, flowers and mini beasts.
Fishing
All five ponds are kept well-stocked with assorted carp and rudd all year round. Guests must however remember to bring their own rods and fishing equipment. A fishing pass must be purchased per cottage at Holiday Guest reception to fish at Fisherman’s Reach. License required for those over the age of 12 years and can be bought locally at the post office.
9 hole par 3 golf course
Purposely designed and beautifully maintained for families and beginners. The course is also an ideal practice facility for keen golfers and those wanting to improve their short game.
Cycle hire
Take a leisurely ride throughout The Village and landscaped grounds; alternatively explore the surrounding countryside, towns and villages.
Boating
Choose from canoes, rowing boats and pedaloes; all for use on our small boating lake.
Giant climbing wall
For the more adventurous, attempt to climb our 25ft giant climbing wall.
Horse riding & pony trekking

Championship mini golf course
A fun activity for all the family to enjoy (minimum 8 years). Naturally each hole is modelled on a championship course!

We have two outdoor courts available.
Outdoor adventure playground
New and improved slides, swings and wooden climbing frames ensure everyone's happy!
Crown green bowling
Proving an ideal location for bowling enthusiasts, we have our very own crown green bowling course.
Soccer school
Improve your skills at our soccer school where both boys and girls can enjoy organised matches, competitions and penalty shoot-outs.
Children's holiday club
Fun-packed activity sessions for school children aged 8-12 years including football, swimming, games, arts & crafts and much more! (Available during English school holidays, excluding Christmas and Bank Holidays)*.
