Nature Trail

Explore the great outdoors and all its wildlife on our NEW nature trail. As you follow the trail you will discover wood carvings, a pond dipping platform, mini beast mansion, plus a variety of native trees, plants, flowers and mini beasts. Download and print our activity booklet.

The Village Garden

Pick up your favourite book and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of The Village Garden. You will also see what's going to be on tonight's dinner menu in The Restaurant and The Spa Hotel Brasserie!

Fishing

All five ponds are kept well-stocked with assorted carp and rudd all year round. Guests must however remember to bring their own rods and fishing equipment. A fishing pass must be purchased per cottage at Holiday Guest reception to fish at Fisherman’s Reach. License required for those over the age of 12 years and can be bought locally at the post office.

9 hole par 3 golf course

Purposely designed and beautifully maintained for families and beginners. The course is also an ideal practice facility for keen golfers and those wanting to improve their short game.

Cycle hire

Take a leisurely ride throughout The Village and landscaped grounds; alternatively explore the surrounding countryside, towns and villages.

Boating

Choose from canoes, rowing boats and pedaloes; all for use on our small boating lake.
