The spacious kitchen is fitted with a range of neutral toned units, a contrasting worktop, and a central island that offers additional storage and surface space. Integrated appliances include a full-sized fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, pull-out pantry, and a large double oven with a five-ring gas hob and extractor over. A corner dining area with bench seating provides a welcoming spot for meals with family or friends. 

From the lounge, patio doors open onto a stunning, newly installed south-facing decking area which is one of the lodge’s standout features. This expansive outdoor space enjoys sunlight throughout the day and is perfect for alfresco dining, morning coffees, or entertaining into the evening. Inside, the hallway leads to two generously sized bedrooms and a modern family bathroom. The principal bedroom is complete with a king-size bed, extensive fitted wardrobes, a wall-mounted TV, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom featuring a freestanding bath, WC, and vanity unit. Patio doors open directly from the bedroom onto the decking perfect for enjoying a peaceful breakfast outdoors. 

The second bedroom features a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and its own TV, providing a comfortable retreat for guests or family members. The contemporary family bathroom includes a large enclosed shower, WC, and sleek vanity unit.
