The Plantation House lodge offers a soft, earthy colour palette that strikes a beautiful balance between contemporary and traditional design, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Its calming interiors are designed to evoke a sense of luxury and relaxation, making it an ideal retreat.

Upon entering, you’re immediately greeted by vaulted ceilings in the main living area, with floor-to-ceiling windows and bi-fold doors that flood the space with natural light. This open-plan layout is perfect for family living and entertaining, offering both style and comfort. The generous lounge area includes a large sofa, two armchairs, and a footstool, all positioned around a wall-mounted TV, creating a cosy and sociable space.

The fully equipped kitchen is both functional and stylish, featuring a large island with a breakfast bar, perfect for casual dining and social gatherings. A range of beautiful shaker-style wall and base units are complemented by wood effect worktops, and integrated appliances include a full-size fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, gas hob with extractor, and an oven. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area features a wooden style table with matching chairs, tying in seamlessly with the overall decor.

Pheasants View accommodates up to six guests across three spacious bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes. The principal bedroom is bright and airy, offering a king-size bed with an upholstered headboard, a built-in wardrobe, and a neat vanity table. The en-suite shower room includes a walk-in shower, WC, and vanity sink unit. The two twin bedrooms are equally generous in size, each featuring matching upholstered headboards, ample storage, and lots of natural light.

The family bathroom is designed for relaxation, complete with a bath and overhead shower, vanity sink unit with LED-lit mirror, heated towel rail, and WC.

Externally, the lodge is clad in Sienna CanExel with stylish anthracite grey accents and exterior lighting. The fully glazed front elevation opens onto a spacious south facing decking area with glass balustrades, offering views over the well-maintained rear gardens while you soak up the sunshine.
