This impressive Prestige lodge measures 50ft by 20ft, offering exceptionally spacious living accommodation. It has been thoughtfully adapted for wheelchair access, with a ramped entrance, wet room and internal hoists, yet it remains equally ideal for family holidays, providing generous space and flexibility throughout.
On entering the lodge, you are welcomed into a wide and practical hallway featuring a useful cloak cupboard and a separate boiler cupboard. From here, the hallway leads into the heart of the home: a large, open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. This stunning space is filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows and enhanced by beautiful wooden beams and flooring, creating a cosy yet modern lodge atmosphere.
The contemporary kitchen is bright and inviting, with a skylight overhead and a stylish range of shaker-style wall and base units. It is fully equipped with an integrated microwave, oven, five-ring gas hob with extractor, full size dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. A large matching island provides additional storage and includes seating for two, making it perfect for casual dining or entertaining. A modern wall radiator adds comfort, while the wooden dining table is ideally positioned beside the floor-to-ceiling windows and double doors, which open onto the decking during the warmer months.
Opposite the dining area is the spacious and comfortable lounge, furnished with two sofas, one of which converts into a sofa bed, along with a matching footstool. An electric fire with surround and a television create a warm and welcoming space to unwind. Double doors open directly onto the south-facing decking, while a separate door leads to a paved area and the private rear garden, offering peaceful views over gardens and woodland and an ideal setting for a BBQ and wildlife watching.
The hallway continues to three generously sized bedrooms and the main bathroom. The principal bedroom features a double bed with upholstered headboard, bedside tables, a vanity table with mirror and stool, and a built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom includes a single bed and bunk beds and enjoys pleasant views over the gardens, along with its own ensuite wet room complete with a large shower, heated towel rail and a WC with sink. The third bedroom offers a single bed with upholstered headboard, bedside table and built-in wardrobe.
The main bathroom is well appointed, featuring a bath with shower over, a separate shower with waterfall and handheld shower heads, a vanity sink, heated towel rail and WC, completing this exceptional lodge that combines comfort, space and a beautiful natural setting.
